First of all, thank you so much for letting me meet and spend time with ‘Mohave’. He quickly became the highlight of an incredible weekend – I couldn’t stop talking about him to anyone who would listen. Now that I’ve had a taste, I’ll definitely want more! I’ve been on a raptor high for over 24 hours now, and I’m not sure when that will end – thank you again for an awesome time!

Joanne is a wonderful professional and a joy to work with. We have had the pleasure of her services as an animal wrangler and birds of prey specialist on several of our productions and her service greatly added to the production value of our product. The videos I took really do give people a sense of w hat you were trying to achieve – having people connect to the soul of the bird rather than viewing them superficially. Joanne was an absolute Godsend, and its fair to say she saved me a nervous breakdown. When it became clear we were not going to be fully set up by Friday my worst nightmare came true; then into the middle of it all stepped a calm,confident Canadian lady who, thankfully, took on this enormous and demanding role. I had no experience whatsoever with birds of prey, so you really gave me a great introduction to raptors with plenty of information to digest. Not to mention it was a lot of fun! Marc and I both had both eagerly anticipated the day and were so richly rewarded and humbled by the experience. Your passion, knowledge and love for Mo, Sabre and Jarih really shine through as you talk about and interact with them.

Not only did Joanne cope with the groups – she positively shone with them. I’ve never seen groups of up to 50 children so spellbound and know for a fact I could not have done that.
